One Stop Shop

As I’m dancing in my chair to the beat of the breast pump, I reflect on the fact that I have everything my baby needs to grow and thrive. This thought hits my brain several times a day, kind of a mantra, and I internally label it as cheesy, amazing, powerful, or weird. It depends on the day.

This morning I wondered why is she eating CONSTANTLY, then googled it. I reminded myself of my mantra. All the books and websites give conflicting information anyway, so I just go with my gut. My daughter is 3 months old, it’s probably a growth spurt. That’s why we seem attached right now. It’s ok. It’s normal. She’s healthy. I have everything my baby needs to grow and thrive.

  1. I love the sound of “my daughter”! Your body and overgrowth spurts will work together and it is an amazing thing!
