I wish someone had told me…

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about young professionals in the safety industry. To me, young professionals includes those who are in the age category that we typically think of as young in industry, under 30 years old, as well as those who are new to the safety industry, regardless of age.

This is the first post in a series about what I wish someone had told me when I was starting out in safety. This series will include things that a safety pro needs to know that’s not taught in school.

    Am new in the safety industry and I have great desire in improving my skills and advancing in my career. I have started studying for ASP certification after doing a lot of research on how to advance my skills. Safety industry has a lot of regulations for different work environments and there is resources to help keep up with it. Thanks for driving this message Abby!
