Fall back!
A quick update as we look ahead to winter, but first – fall back! Set your clocks back on Sunday November 3rd – well, realistically, set your microwave clock back sometime during football game commercial breaks on Sunday the 3rd…check your smoke detector batteries too!
Drive safe!
The Minnesota Safety Council published some great fall driving tips, you can find the informational fact sheet at this link. Fall brings rain, sleet, fog, snow, and less light at the beginning and end of our work day – it’s a perfect time to begin the conversations about slowing down, maintaining a longer following distance, and performing some maintenance on vehicles.
Next Chapter Meeting, 11/12/19
I won’t spoil all of the seasonal driving tips because we have Lisa Kons from the Minnesota Safety Council speaking at the November chapter meeting on Tuesday November 12th at Grumpy’s in Roseville. Register for the meeting at this link, and don’t forget to participate in the ASSP Northwest ChapterWISE diaper drive to benefit the Diaper Bank of MN.
