This article has been shared with me several times since it was published, and it prompted me to revisit a research project I did in 2015. At the time, I was a member of the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild and brought safety info to the members after what I noticed was increased MNOSHA enforcement activity in the state related to craft brewers.
